Junior People & Culture Manager (all genders)

PEOPLE & CULTURE: You act as the go-to contact for all relevant HR topics across the Remazing Group. As part of our People & Culture team, your primary focus will be supporting our entities Remazing Core and Remazing Nova, working in both national and international contexts. You will collaborate closely with our Managing Directors, Team Leads, and employees.

RECRUITING: You take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for selected positions – from screening applications and coordinating the hiring process to conducting interviews and presenting offers. You will also actively source candidates through professional networks and ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.

ONBOARDING & OFFBOARDING: You guide new colleagues through their onboarding journey and ensure they have a smooth start with the team. Likewise, you coordinate structured offboarding processes and make sure all handovers are completed seamlessly.

COMPANY CULTURE: You actively shape our company culture through events, internal communication, and a variety of initiatives and cross-functional projects led by the People & Culture team.

OFFICE MANAGEMENT & ESG: You help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and serve as the go-to contact for administrative and organizational matters. In addition, you support our ESG initiatives and help keep relevant measures and projects on track.

EDUCATION: You hold a degree in Business Psychology, Business Administration (ideally with a focus on Human Resources), or a comparable qualification.

INITIAL PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: You have at least 1–2 years of experience in an HR-related role, ideally covering recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, or company culture. Experience in a startup or agency environment is a strong advantage.

STRUCTURED & DETAIL-ORIENTED: You work in a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented manner. You quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, keep an overview even when managing multiple priorities, learn from mistakes, and take ownership of your responsibilities from start to finish.

HANDS-ON MENTALITY: You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and supporting wherever needed – even when that means taking on operational or administrative tasks. You value personal interaction, enjoy working with people, and are happy to be present in our Hamburg office several times a week.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: You communicate confidently and professionally in German and are also fluent in English. Any additional language skills are a strong plus.
