Junior Strategic Development Associate (all genders)

Your tasks

STRATEGIC DATA & INSIGHTS: You will collect, consolidate, and structure relevant data from various sources such as Category Insights, our internal software Remdash, and Advertising reports. This data forms the foundation for analyses that support pitches, strategic workshops, and internal service development.

STANDARDIZATION & PROCESS OPTIMIZATION: You’ll support the creation and refinement of scalable templates and documentation (e.g., audit formats, client-facing materials) to drive alignment and consistency across the consulting teams. Under the team’s guidance, you’ll help define best practices that improve how strategic services are delivered.

SUPPORT IN SERVICE INNOVATION & GTM: You’ll contribute to the operational rollout of new service lines (e.g., new audit formats, market analyses, innovation pilots). This includes supporting internal pilots, preparing communication materials for internal enablement, and tracking progress.

OWNERSHIP OF STRATEGIC AUDITS & INITIATIVES: You’ll own and manage selected strategic audits or analyses (e.g., Media Audit, Market Analysis), especially those that follow an already-defined process. Your work here will contribute to lead generation, cross-/upselling efforts, and client onboarding.

INTERNAL COLLABORATION & KNOWLEDGE SHARING: You’ll collaborate closely with Strategic Leads and Consultants to gather insights, adapt documentation, and ensure best practices are applied across markets. You will play an active role in enabling knowledge diffusion through playbooks, templates, or internal showcases. 

AI-DRIVEN OPERATIONS: You will actively use AI tools to boost your efficiency—especially for structuring data, benchmarking content, or drafting deliverables—but always under human supervision to ensure quality and strategic alignment.

Your profile

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: You have a degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field. You bring at least 1–2 years of experience in roles involving research, business analysis, or consulting—ideally in the context of e-commerce or digital strategy.

STRUCTURED & STRATEGIC THINKING: You are able to understand complex challenges, structure your approach, and synthesize large sets of data into actionable recommendations. Familiarity with frameworks and strategic tools is a plus.

TECHNICAL & ANALYTICAL SKILLS: You’re comfortable navigating and analyzing data across different platforms (Excel, dashboards, marketplaces). Experience with Amazon tools, BI dashboards, or AI tools is highly advantageous.

INITIATIVE & OWNERSHIP: You’re self-driven and able to take full ownership of clearly scoped processes and tasks, especially in areas with standard methodologies. You’re comfortable asking the right questions and delivering outputs independently.

COMMUNICATION: You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+). You can structure slides, draft executive summaries, and are not afraid to present internally. Proficiency in additional languages such as German, Spanish, French, or Italian is a plus.
